Niharika Roychourdhury – Food Editor
Niharika Roychoudhury goes by Nika and is a freshman at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign who plans to major in Advertising. She works for several online publications such as Her Campus, Spoon University, The Prospect and Her Culture. In her spare time, she likes to dance terribly and sing well.
Ebony Johnson, Food Writer
Ebony Johnson is a senior at East Carolina University majoring in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration. She has been running her own business, Ebby-Cakes, since the age of 15 as a baker and cake decorator. She plans to manage her own food service establishment that highly focuses on the practice of food safety in the future. Ebony has been featured in Sister2Sister magazine, the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Sesi Magazine, and twice in her local newspaper.
